Environmentally friendly, powerful and efficient - MOBILAIR e-power compressors are electric powered units built for the rigors of outdoor operation and movement from site to site. The MOBILAIR M250E or M255E can be used either as a temporary solution to expand the capacity of an existing compressed air station, or as a long-term or permanent outdoor installation for industrial applications. They are particularly well suited for use in locations where no compressor room is available, such as in mines, tunnels, shipyards, or large construction sites. Their compact design allows these units to operate in locations where space is at a premium. The electric exhaust-free drive eliminates emissions. This, combined with low noise, allows for placement in both outdoor and indoor locations without compromising human safety and comfort. Transportation is simple and convenient. These units are designed to fit side-by-side on a single truck bed. They can be positioned by crane or forklift, and the tie-down rings can be used to adjust final placement. Heavy duty, high clearance skids enable the units to be easily moved into position while protecting the under carriage from damage. An industrial powder coated cabinet with floor pan provides all around protection, and the electrical cabinet is protected behind two gasketed steel doors. Standard equipment includes radiant heaters to allow trouble free operation from 14°F to 104°F. The MOBILAIR M250E and M255E are both delivered ready for hook up. Camlock connectors come standard for added convenience when the unit will be moved between operating locations.
